Time Range Break Out EA

i need ea which will trade during specified hours with current day high/low range . start and end trading hour will be mentioned in settings .

buy stop order will be placed at top range and sell stop will be placed at lower range , there will be editable setting to set number of pips away from current high or low . if we set 2, buy stop and sell stop will be placed 2 pips away from current high and low .

ea will use different tp,sl and trail stop values fro buy and sell order , it will as  buy sl , buy tp , buy trail stop and sell sl ,sell tp and sell trail stop .

if the breakout candle breaks less then 1 pip or closes back in range after breaking the range ea will modify the current tp to given pips in , it will be like , modify tp =true/false if true tp pips will be mentioned . 

IF profit on BUY or SELL position: delete other order (needs to be editable: yes or no)

IF not opened both orders need to be automatically canceled @ specific hour (time needs to be editable: 00:00).

ea will also have then option to close any trade at given time in hour and minutes , options will be close buy time = 00:00 and close sell time = 00:00
