TO BUILD A NEW EA---URGENT.

BASIC OUTLINE.

EA is based on an indicator whereby the rules will be as follows:

A] If opened position manually.

H4 chart [13-17] MT4 time. Meaning I will open the position manually at 17:00 sharp.

If BUY close position exactly at next new resistance level appeared by the indicator. Next new is in bold because there could be previous levels of resistance in between, the EA must not confuse with them and just simply close the position at the very next new resistance level appeared by the indicator.

If SELL close position exactly at next new support level appeared by the indicator. Next new is in bold because there could be previous levels of support in between, the EA must not confuse with them and just simply close the position at the very next new support level appeared by the indicator.

An option for stop loss and take profit as well which if set to other then 0 must override the above scenario.

B] Position to be opened by the EA itself.

Its better if both of these option are incorporated in separate mql4 files, I mean not as one EA but separate EAs although this could be modification of first.
So this I would request in a separate mql4 file if you may please.

Whenever I turn on the EA Expert Advisor button from top, the EA must open a position at the very next new support or resistance level. And close it at the very next new support or resistance level that appears. Please note: If the price action in progress touches anytime previous supports or resistance levels it must be ignored.

An option for take profit and stop loss.
