Inside bar indicator or EA

1) Indicator that can colour the bar as an inside bar, for any timeframe.

 2) upon indentification of inside bar, indicator will draw a dashed target of R:R 1:1 above and below the inside bar.

For example, inside bar is identified, with the bar ranging of 10 pips. A dashed line will start to draw 10 pips above and 10 pips below the inside bar.

The dashed line will stop once price has hit either one of the dashed line (target) above or below.

 Repeat for all inside bars.

3) For all inside bars, The range pips of that inside bar will be shown as a number below or above the bar is fine.

4) ability for me to change to R:R of the trade. For example, if the inside bar appears with a range of 10 pips, there is option for me to change the R:R, so if I change the R:R to 2, then the dashed lines (targets) above and below will be 2 X 10 = 20 pips instead of 10. 

 5) ability to LOOKBACK as many bars as possible for manual backtesting. 

 can this indicator be used together with MT4 and MT5? If not, then just MT4 will do.
