Very simple open trade at time with stop loss EA

Hello.

I need an EA that will open trades @ time with STOP LOSS.

The inputs I need is:

1. Time (server time) (THIS IS UNIVERSAL FOR ALL PAIRS)

2. Pair

3. Lot size

4. Buy/Sell

5. SL (in pips)

So if I input

1. 16:00

2. Eurusd

3. 1.5

4. Buy

5. 70

The EA should:

1. Place BUY trade, 1.5 lot, at 16:00

2. And then use the actual price that the trade was executed to work out SL (NOT THE PRICE at 16:00)

3. Edit the ORDER to place in SL

It must not calculate SL price using the open price because I am factoring in slippage.

I need to do this to about 20 pairs. Every week is different but at least 10 pairs.

I would like the EA to open all trades FIRST to minimize slippage and then go through and edit to add SL values.
