I need a fairly straight forward EA created. It is based on the Slope Direction Indicator. I need the following.

I need ALL the parameters/variables that are included in the attached photo. Lot size,stop etc. I will also need the 3 variables in the slope direction indicator that come as default(Period,Method and Price). For what it is worth ill be using the EA on renko charts. When line changes to blue EA will BUY and once it changes to red EA will SELL. Its really that simple. Besides the Period,Method and Price variables i have attached the other parameters that i need as mentioned in a picture that are used in another EA that i use.
