What am looking at is an entry system which is going to be a semi-automated type based on the combinations of Multiple Timeframes of moving averages.

I need a developer that understand and has done several of same or similar jobs in the past and who will also bring their own expertise to the job.

I will personally evaluate multiple charts and based on my evaluation, I will then activate the EA for that currency pair. I will be using 4 different timeframes for the EA to work with.

The only thing the EA will do is to look for alignments of the lowest timeframe with the other higher timeframes and then initiate an entry in the direction of the major trend.

The parameters for the EA should be user adjustable. It should also include a stop loss, take profit, break even inputs and ability to get notification of trade activities. This is just a start. I will evaluate the performance of the EA over time and if need be, will automate it fully in the nearest future.

I will like to have the source code of the job and be willing to give more details as time goes on. Thanks.
