Update EA Trading Behavior v20

Hi I have an EA that has several versions and in current version a few trade behaviors are broken that were present before. I need these issues resolved. The project potentially involves adding an additional variable for valid signal bars for when all criteria to open a trade is met. Closing a trade at opposite signal  and verifying and or updating entry filter for MACD entry and exit. 

I also want to add additional variable to increase lot size of open trade if trade is positive by X pips.
