Probability Trader

1.I I will be posting a rather large and complex project to build a semi-automated EA. There have been several other programmers in previous versions who have been quite dishonest and irresponsible (not from the mql5 website.)  So I am posting it here with the hopes of finding a good match for this job, and myself.

My requirements are high proficiency in the spoken English language as we will be discussing some details through Skype; is willing to collaborate and discuss problem solving, patient, detailed and organized. When finished, I need this EA to be able to be easily understood by other programmers in case I need updates or additions made in the future, and the original programmer is not available to perform the work. **This is very important

This will be a challenging but rewarding project, as additional work will follow. Additional requirements:

1.      Long term relationship.

2.      Have C++ experience as well as advanced math skills.

3.      I wish to communicate directly with the programmer, not through some manager or middle person.

4.      Must be very honest, as well as communicative. Responds promptly, and in a timely and professional manner to questions or to bid requests.

5.      This project will be multi-faceted, and requires long-term attention and priority when bugs or errors occur since this may be made available to other traders for beta testing.

6.      Must be a forex tader himself.

7.      Easily gets along well with others and displays agility when relating to his client.

I prefer to work with someone with Christian or moral values, and deep integrity.
