Sma and rsi crosses vs highs lows

Hi, i need an EA (mt4 or mt5 depending on the developer preference) based on a combination of price close, SMA crosses and a oscillator cross. it also have to check for the last max/min before opening a position. Exit will be given by a trailing stop, contrarian signal or by one of the oscillators. it will have some variables for entry data, like;  hours of the day to trade, time frame, specific asset (currencie, commoditie,..) the lot will be a percentage of the account previosly given. it will have to work with some other EA at any time. ill give especific details. i will own the rights and source code, also ill have some reasonable time after completion to fully check the program. it will be and extra to have messages send if a mayor problem occours like for instance a terminal close with positions open...
