Breakout after NRTR-Stoploss

My EA is based mainly on contrarian signals of proprietary indicators. Often, however, and especially on so-called "trending days" the signals will be overrun and price will "cascade" down (or up, when trying to short). Using the NRTR-Stoploss, I would like to have a re-buy (re-sell, when shorting), when the SL is overrun by a certain percentage.
