Indicator to read LF Order Flow Indicator and send me text alert

I found an MT4 order flow indicator that I like (you can get demo at above link).

I need you to please quote me the time and price it would take you to write another indicator to read when the arrows appear on the LF Order Flow indicator since the LF Order Flow indicator is a custom indicator. No mq4 file is available.

The indicator also would need to read when the green or pink band above or below the candles does not appear on the chart and when they re-appear after the gap is over. This gap is created when there is not enough volume.

I need an alert to my cell phone when the second candle after the arrow candle (first candle)

moves higher than the high or lower than the low  (depending on long or short signal ie arrrow).

The second candle is the confirmation candle. If it does not move higher or lower than the first candle (depends on long green or short red candle) then proceed to check the 3rd and 4th candle to trigger the alert based on this criteria.

Note: Above link is to demo version so the indicators you write and alerts should work on demo and then on version I eventually purchase. Not sure this matters but I bring it up now.
