I need this urgent, i have the Ea and it works great,nothing wrong, but it does martinagle on each signal(arrow) and i dont want that any more .

I want it to trade next BAR. So if the signal (Arrow) comes and it opens a trade and if that trade losses it must to martingale on next Bar ,till it  wins or stop limit which is already included in the code.

and one more thine i need it to be est time +3 and trading hours (not Current time that it has)
