High low time based breakout EA

Hello I need following breakout ea :

Determine HIGH LOW of  determine period: e.g 10 to 12

Determine the number of pips of high low in order to have virtual support and resistance level

Add keltner channel

Buy signal: when price is above the keltner channel when breakout

Sell signal:  when price is below the keltner channel when breakout

 Lot1 - Lot3

Tp: x % of the breakout box

Tp2: Breakeven at tp1 and trailing stop based on breakout box which increase every time price move in favor

Tp3: Breakeven at tp2 and exit at fixed time.

TP: manual(optional) 

Sl: manual(optional)

Sl: % of the breakout box size(could be 200%as well)

Number of order per Breakout :

Lot multiplication : 

Risk %
