Indicator Ratio between 2 ATR%

Hi,

I need an MQL4 indicator that tells me the ratio between 2 ATR% aka ATR%(X)/ATR%(Y). 

Formula for ATR%(X) = (Sum(TrueRange[i]/Close[i]) from i to X)/X 

ATR% is NOT the normal ATR. ATR% is the Average of (True Range/closing price). True Range divided by it's closing price gives us TR in percentage instead of point value.

Basically instead of averaging TR[i], we average TR[i]/Close[i]. This is NOT the same as iATR(NULL,0,i)/Close[i]

2 extern variables:

X: Period for first ATR%  

Y: Period for second ATR%

Separate window (1 buffer) =  ATR%(X)/ATR%(Y)
