Close Pending Orders on all currency pairs

I need a simple EA that closes all open and pending orders of a particular currency pair when a TP of 30pips is hit on the first manually opened trade or when a SL of 300 pips is hit for the first opened trade.

I will be placing all market and pending orders manually, EA will have to set TP of 30 pips and 300 pips respectively for the first opened trade and close all pending and open trades when TP or SL of the first trade is hit. EA should be compatible with the latest mt4 build and should work simultaneously on different currency pairs.

For Example:
I manually opened up a "buy" market order on EUR/USD @ 1.09450 and several buy limit orders i.e. at 1.09380, 1.09320, 1.09240 and so on. I want my EA to set all the orders to same TP and SL i.e. to 30pips and 300pips respectively at the level of the first market order.
This means that an EA should automatically close all trades of this pair when EUR/USD crosses 1.09750 (30pips) or 1.05750 (300 pips).
