I'm looking for a developer who can help me to develop an API for trade entry and management interfacing with Interactive Brokers, using either Excel or a custom solution. Below is a high level description of the needs and I've attached a visual representation of the logic and a trade example with the math using SPX. That said, I'm all ears if you have a better approach to doing this. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks.

 Needs:

- API must facilitate basic trade entry functions.

- API should enable trade management capabilities.

- Integration with Interactive Brokers platform is essential.

- Considering using Excel for integration or developing a custom GUI in Python.

- If custom GUI, it needs to have several tabs as detailed in the attachment

- It needs to be stable and run 24x7. - Send notification (email and/or text msg) if either.
