I need an ea that analyses the journal and takes the signal emitted by the indicator and creates a new position. 

For example if there is a sell signal open a new operation in sell, when there is the new buy position, close the sell signal and open the buy one

if possible i need to add an option to set the hours to operate (am\pm)
