I got an indicator that generate a signal it can work on any time frame.

I'd like to have an Expert Advisor that open an order when the indicator generate a signal (buy or sell)

HOW TO TAKE TRADES
When the UT Bot Indicator generates a BUY Signal, the EA has to comfirm that the the close candle stick where the signal was generated is Green, Confirm from the Change Momentum Oscilator where the Change MO Line is above the ZERO Line.
Vice Versa for the SELL
Thea EA needs SL and TP;
SL will always be the last Swing High
TP will always be targeting Risk/Reward = 1x1.5
To avoid big news I'd like to add a news filter you can advise
