Grid EA required with the details given below ... its simple but should be perfect

hi , i am looking for a Grid EA with some basic type of EA but fully functional and final one. so anyone who can do perfect EA should contact. 

plan is discussed as below. 

start and end time, 
and days of active deactive button should be added in dashboard or else like if we want to close EA for any future day or days in coming week so before time we should be able to set. 

when EA starts. it opens one buy or sell and open 3 sell stops and 3 buy stops with same lot size . now when the current active trade goes to tp or sl or trail stop . EA should add a new pending sell or buy order at the same price at which price the last trade was opened . And so on the Grid works like wise... if market goes anyside and it starts new buy stop and sell stops at similar spaces and so on. 


Next 

when current cycle reaches particular Profit . this should close all the trade active and pending ... all trades should be closed but this must be understood that current active trades balance also should be considered into this. any trades running into loss also should be calculated into current cycle profit.....

Next 

Daily profit target also work as current cycle working functionality but this should be treated as different ....

EA should work with any pair like jpy , oil and Gold pairs along with EURUSD , GBPUSD etc and GBPJPY and  too
