Seperate Window Indicator Needed that reads values off a CSV and Plots it in Red and Blue.

I have a simple request to plot a value from a CSV (Single Column) file to an indicator window in a line format.  (The MQL buffering and indexing is driving me insane)

Idea of the indicator:

I have a separate python running analyzing the market and outputs probabilities to a CSV.  We need to read the CSV and display the values against the second last bar working backwards.

Tasks: (Separate Indicator Window)

1.  Read CSV file 1. (Call it 'Buy.csv') I will provide the exact path on my laptop.  (See format attached)

2.  Read CSV file 2. (Call it 'Sell.csv') I will provide the exact path on my laptop.  (See format attached)

3.  Plot a red line for the Sell.csv values.

4.  Plot a blue line for the Buy.csv values.

5.  Indicator range (Bottom and Top) 0 - 100. (the values are always between 0 and 100)  (See attached)  (Like CCI or RSI)

6.  The csv file can be from 10 to 50 values (Depending how I set the output of my ML), so make sure to loop through the values and plot them against the corresponding bar.

7.  In the example CSV below, the last value corresponds with the last 'COMPLETED' bar.  (In other words there is no value yet for the current bar in progress.)

8.  All other values works historically backwards from there.

9.  On new BAR event, go and read the CSV and plot the latest values.
