I want MT5 Expert advisor bases on price action, volume and strength of the trend

I want a programer that we may work together in long run, who understand proper re-invest of profit when it come to compounding strategy. We want to transform our trading strategy that use two daily moving average and mark key level by using full privious candlestick that touch one of this moving avarage,we need to create trading robot that based on price action, VSA and ADX  . I will provide all details in a short video that will help you to get my desire after selection of a programer. I want when I put the robot on chart in a particular time frame ,the robot may able to choose buy or sell,in a particular direction only, and able to compounding positions with proper risk management and maintain Scalability on trailing profits in long run. In our strategy we need to be able to use fix lots or dynamic lots depend on the account size. Our goal is to enable our EA to be able to trade even small capital. In parameters section we need lot size fixed , Allow dynamic lot size (true or false), number of trade  to be open and number of trade per signal, tp and sl, spread filter,time frame filter, slippage filter, daily Draw down percentage and reinvest profit percentage.
