Can Someone convert a Tradingview source code into MT4 Indicator

Hi Can someone please convert tradingview source code to MT4 indicator. Actually I need the exact same ema patterns with the option to on/off some EMA lines.

Also I want this indicator to have 2 lines for Overbought Region=80 and Oversold Region= 20

I am more interested in ema2 from this tradingview source code which has two line ( Long and Short ); 

ma_len3 = input(title="Short EMA2 Length", type=input.integer, defval=5)

ma_len4 = input(title="Long EMA2 Length", type=input.integer, defval=12)
