An Expert Advisor based on EMA & candlestick pattern

Hi,

I am Looking for an Expert Adviser to be created to place trades automatically for me.

Basic Specification:

The ability to only trade at UK certain times (needs to be editable).

Must be able to be used on different time frames and different Forex currency pairs.

Target will be based upon 'a value' multiplied the ATR level of the entry candle, this must be able to be changed for different pairs.

The source code must be made available to me.

The strategy uses what is called a “38.2 candle” by The Trading Channel on youtube. This means that both the open and close values of the candle are inside either the top (for bullish trades) or bottom (for bearish trades) 38.2% Fibonacci retracement tool when it is drawn from the high and low of the candle. The entry signal is when the wick of this type of candle crosses both the 9ema and 20ema line. The trade would be entered upon the close of the signal candle.

The signal for a bullish trade; the 9ema must be above the 20ema, and both the open and close value of the candle must be above the 9ema.

The signal for a bearish trade; the 9ema must be below the 20ema, and both the open and close value of the candle must be below the 9ema.

The stoploss must be entered as 1 multiplied by the ATR value of the entry candle.

The take profit level is a “customisable value” multiplied by the ATR.

The financial risk value placed on each trade must be 1% of the account balance. The ability to customise this in the future is required.

The strategy must allow only one trade per pair at a time – ie if there is an open trade in place then a new trade must not be opened on the same pair until that trade has either been successful or failed.
