Writing of an Expert Advisor that opens and closes a trade at a selected time each day and bases the trade direction on a previous range of price over a prior period.

I would like an Expert Advisor for MT5 written that allows me to choose a specific time of day (every day) for a trade to be opened, and the direction of the trade is determined by comparing where the current price is relative to a price range from a selected previous period that day. The EA should be set up so both buy and sell conditions can be set separately - for instance, if the price is at 79% or higher of the prior range, a buy occurs, or, if the price is at 15% or lower of the prior range, a sell occurs, and therefore, in this example, no trade is made if the current price is between 15% and 79% of the prior range. These entry requirements need to be optimisable as well.

The EA should also be able to close the trade if either of two requirements are met: a set close time is reached, or if the price hits a particular percentage of the prior range (including outside of the range, like 110% of the range, for instance) before the close-time is reached.

The EA should allow backtesting of various Stop Loss amounts (in pips), for optimising.
