Add an alert to an Indicator.

I want to add an alert to the attached ASCTrend indicator. So what I need is this:

I want to get an alert if the first line (pointed out in attached picture) in the ASCTrend matrix indicator turns blue while price is above 35 Simple MA and 50 Exponential MA on four time frames at the same time (M1 M5, M15 and H1).

Also of course the opposite: I want to get an alert if the first line in the ASCTrend matrix indicator turns red while price is below 35 Simple MA and 50 Exponential MA on four time frames (M1 M5, M15 and H1).

Example: I have EURUSD M1 time frame open, the ASCTrend turns blue, and price was above the 35SMA and 50EMA on the M1 + M5 + M15 + H1, a signal pops up.

Also I want to add the option of choosing how many time frames the price has to be above or below. Example: choose only to get a signal if price is above or below M1 + M5 + M15. Or choose to get a signal if M1 + M5 only. Need it ASAP.
