Inside bar and outside bar alerts Expert scanner

Hello, I need an Expert that gives inside and outside alert for multiple timeframes by using 

Bearish Alert criteria for Inside Bar-

--Markets needs to be trending upwards above 20 ema

--Mother candle has to  green or bullish . 

Bullish Inside bar criteria:

--  Market needs to be trending downward below 20 ema

-- Mother Candle has to be Bearish .

Outside Bar or Engulfing candle:

Bullish Engulfing criteria:

- Price has to trade higher than prev candle High and close above prev candle high or at least at prev candle high

- Price can make a new low and reject it as well. not important but still counts as engulfing.

- first candle is red

Bearish outside bar or Engulfing candle:

- Price has to trade Lower then prev candle Low and close below previous candle low or at least at previous candle low

- price can make a new high and reject it. not important. but still counts as engulfing example in the picture attached

Inputs:

choice of individual pairs or market pairs

choice of several timeframe from h1, h4,h8,daily, weekly and monthy

ALerts Criteria;

- need to be able to turn off the alert individually for the time frame chosen. otherwise it will be too many alerts
