What is the indicator and what it should do

I would like to order a custom indicator which is a combination of a bollinger bands (BB) and moving average (MA).

The indicator should be able to identify a 'bollinger squeeze' (SD < 4%). When the MA crosses over the median BB in the 'squeeze',  it will pop an alert and email. MA crosses down SHORT signal and vice versa. An arrow (depends on the alert) will be drawn in the chart. Info needed when pointing on the arrow is the value of the currency and the SD value. Lastly to show current SD value on TOP LEFT of the MT4 screen (optional).

Note : a) Signals should be sent only ONCE on CLOSED bars (to avoid repetitive alerts)

         b) The SD value parameter default value is 4%, but can be changed (up to 1 decimal point)

BB - standard parameters as in MQ4 indicator

MA - MA method is exponential
