Moving Average Crossover EA requird

I need an EA based on crossing moving averages as per the parameters below.

I accept suggestions from programmers to change some fields, as long as it doesn't change the strategy rules.

EA:

Use trade time, false – 24 hour trading (true/false)

minStop ( from this time onwards, the EA does not open any more orders, but if there is any open order, it will eventually be necessary to change the stop loss if a new opposite signal appears (see setup rule below)

strategy rules.

The averages have been crossed, a Sell or Buy order is placed.

If I am still positioned in buy (no gain or stop loss arrived) and a Sell signal appears, in addition to placing this new sell order, the buy stop loss will be the Sell order entry value

If the sell is not executed, and a new Buy signal appears, I do not buy again and my stop loss reverts to the original stop.

And vice versa.

If it is useful for the programmer, I have attached a very similar EA based on the Pz indicator, in the new EA I want based on the moving averages indicator.
