Add a Moving Average and Alert to Simple MT4 Indicator

I would like a moving average plus an alert adding to the attached CMF indicator.

The moving average displays within the CMF indicator (as opposed to on the main chart) and requires a buffer so it can be detected as a second line (for use in an EA or scanner).

The MA should have all of the standard inputs:

• period
• shift
• method
• apply to
• style (colour)
  

The alerts should have the following inputs:

• Alerts on (true/false)
• Alert on open bar (true/false) (as opposed to when bar closes)
  
• Popup alert (true/false)
• Mobile alert (true/false)
