I want an MT5 indicator base on indicator signals on 4TF price crossover 5 EMA  and closed

I want an MT5 indicator base on an Ultimate arrows Indicator signals on 4TF and price crossover 5 EMA and closed. For buy trade alert to trigger, Ultimate most recent buy arrow must appear on the current TF and next 3TF. And price must recently crossover and closed above all the 5 EMA, for example, if M5 Current TF, M15, M30, H1 are the next 3TF. For sell trade alert to trigger, Ultimate most recent sell arrow must appear on the current TF and next 3TF.  And price must recently crossover and closed below all the 5 EMA. 

The EMA are EMA 60, EMA21, EMA13, EMA8, EMA5.

The Parameters for the 5EMA will be the Indicator parameters (MA types, price type)

The 4TF where price must crossover and closed (Current TF, M15 TF, M30 TF, H1 TF) also will be in the Indicator parameters
