EA needs to be coded from experienced programmers

Hello, I have a very good MT5 indicator that detects the Bollinger Bands breakouts. The settings set inside the indicator are almost the 99.9% final decision to stay like that. So based on the logic of this indicator I would like to have an MT5 - EA for automatic trading. The initial idea is - to SELL if a breakout is above the upper band and BUY if a breakout is below the lower band. Everything is explained inside the docx file. The excel attached file is also related, you will find info inside the docx file.

This project requires some serious skills, I have contacted all the top rated programmers and while waiting for all their proposals I am ghiving a chance to the others who are not yet known but a prject like this one could give them a boost towards finding their place among the top rated ones. I have to choose the best one whom I think will be able to complete this project for me. There is no shame to say No, in fact much better to say No if you feel you won't be able to do it, rather than wasting our time because I will not accept it unless fully satisfied after the agreement.

I know the source code is provided with such type of work, but I just want to mention that I am expecting to have the source code.
