EA to update mySQL database table with Tick Data.

I have a MySQL database table already implemented on a cPanel account and I want an EA that can keep all the data of the MqlTick type up to date on my table.

The EA should read all the symbols on the market watch and keep my table up to date with all the latest info received from MqlTick for each of the symbols on the market watch.

The idea is to update the records, to reflect the latest data...
If a record for a specific symbol doesn't exist, the EA should create that record (line on my table)
If a record for a specific symbol is not found on the market watch or is not updated for more than 5 minutes, the EA should delete that record from my table.
The table will have only 1 line per each symbol on the market watch.

I would prefer if the EA can be built using FX Dreema, if not possible, then MQL5 is ok... or MQL4 is also ok, in a last case scenario.

I will want the EX5 and mq5 files for the EA, once the project is concluded.
