EA with two charts working with Mov. Avg. and bulls bears oscillator indicators

This EA will be able to send alerts via push notification and execute trades for any currency pair.   

There will be two charts each capable of using different time scales.

Chart #1 has one bulls oscillator indicator and one bears oscillator indicator, and one Moving Average.  

Chart #2 has one moving Average

There should also be features such as, push notifications, lot size for trades,
and ability to disable or enable either alerts or trade execution. 
Also, for Chart #2, an option to choose, trade signal happen after current price bar closes or anytime during the current price bar.
And, bulls and bears, and MA indicators’ value should be accurate to 0.00000. 


buy order and alert: 

   1.) Chart #1's current price bar's closing bears oscillator indicator value  

          >  0.00000/-0.00000  

         and previous price bar's closing bears oscillator indicator value   

         <or = 0.00000/-0.00000 

          And,  previous price bar's lowest value < MA, closing value >MA 

          also, 

          Chart #2's current price bar's lowest value < MA, present value >MA 



sell order and alert: 

 
1.) Chart #1's current price bar's closing bulls oscillator indicator value  

          <  0.00000/-0.00000  

         and previous price bar's closing bulls oscillator indicator value   

         >or = 0.00000/-0.00000 

          And,  previous price bar's highest value > MA, closing value <MA 

          also, 

          Chart #2's current price bar's highest value > MA, present value <MA
