EA Trio

I would like to build an EA TRIO, upon one indicator.

it is 60 SMA with 10 pips below and above equal lines on 5 min chart.

I only have Trio.ex4  - no source code. 

I have also attached 12 pictures to better describe the EA in action.  

Place an order BUY ONLY when ONE  5 min candle pierced two line.

One candle have to pierce red and green, the 5 min candle that pierced the green line must to close the price above the green line at least 1 pip. The BUY signal will be on the first 5 min candle - open price.

SELL signal when 5 min ONE candle pierced the red and blue line and close the price below blue line.

Sell - on the new open 5 min candle .

Stop Loss is automatically placed 5 pips above or below opposite line.

If Sell - SL place 5 pips above green line.

If Buy - SL place 5 pips below blue line.

If the price goes against the position, but did not close on the 5 pips below the opposite line, close the transaction on the first 5 min candle that will close below red line in case the transaction was on BUY or close the transaction above red line when SELL transaction.

DO NOT open position if the candle pierced the red and the outside line at once and closed 35 pips below or above outside line.  ONLY open when the candle closed MAX 30 pips above or below the outside line, but only half (1/2) of the set up regular lot.

If the lot is set up for $2 per pip - usually the lot must be divided to two lots of $1 each,

Open ONLY $1 lot with the SL 5 pips above or below and split to 2 x $ 0.50 = $1.

The distance from the opposite line to closed price 5 min candle will be about 50 pips therefore I want to risk half of the regular lot.

Take Profit 

Place an order only in lots that can be divided to two parts.

Let say $2 per pip.

First  lot $1 per pip - TP after 30 pips , second lot $1 per pips - TP after 50 pips total .

After first lot close with +30 pips , move to break even second lot +1 or more.

Make an option to trade on Monday - Friday.

I would like to have the option to decide if to trade on Friday when is Non Farm Payroll.

Also I would like to have an option to start to trade on London Open

Let say I have a broker that when there is London Open, the broker time is 23:00 , option to change the time when to start to trade, at least on hour before, London or New York .

I would like to set up that I can choose which time the EA can start to place an order if the conditions have met.
