EA for trading daily high and low breakouts

Need an EA to do the following:

Identify daily highs and lows from 22:00 UTC to 22:00 UTC (please make it as parameter editable). Draw lines from high/low onto chart.

Create 3 x  buy stop and sell stop pending orders X-Pips above high and X-Pips under low (default is 7)

For that three orders make default 25 Pips SL (editable) and for the three order on every side make 15, 25, 35 pips TP (editable).

Lot size for that three orders should be editable and every order should have own lotsize. Lotsize 0 = do not set pending for that.

If first order is triggered, delete pending orders from the opposite direction.

If first order reaches TP, set SL from the two other open orders to break even.

At next 22:00 UTC delete all pending orders and start again from start. Leave active orders untouched.
