Orders managing started seconds after trade opened - SUSPENDED

I'M SUSPENDING THIS ORDER AS I'M GOING TO EXTEND MY PROJECT - WILL POST DETAILED REQUIREMENTS HERE SOON.

I'm looking for a simple orders managing for MT4 including:

-trailing stop with trailing step (3 levels calculated in pips or calculated in % of profit in pips)

-stop loss in pips

-break even 

EA should start managing after set amount of seconds (eg. 3 -5 - to be set) after trade opening. None of above should be set earlier (will use it for news spike trading and want to avoid whipsaw effect during some releases).

 Example:

level1: trade reach 3pips profit -> set trailing stop to 2 with 1pip step / 30% of profit in pips

 level2: trade reach 6pips profit -> set trailing stop to 4 with 1pip step / the distance between stop and current profit is still about 30% so set in % is better here

level3: trade reach 10pips profit ->set trailing stop to 7 with 1pip step / still 30% 

 trade reach 20 pips profit -> set TS to 20% of profit

trade reach 30pips -> TS 10% of profit

EA should work for a single chart not for all orders.
