I need 2 EAs made one way before the other both very similar with only a slight modificaition between the two regarding pip values and prices and trailing stops

i need an EA that can take in webhooks from tradingview.com and place orders in meta trader 5. I need assurances that the pip values will be made to work the way i would like in .25 increments. the github link is a link to place where you can look and see what to start with. you Need to take care of all the relevant API work that is needed and be able to do this in a timely manner 15-21 days to complete. i know you can use telgrams bot father and bot api for a leg of the api work so you can start with the github bot and telegram api information and we will have to work on the rest together as i am not an api expert. also let me know if you can make a EA that can take in orders from other EA to put in a better trailing stop at .25 increments that would also be a solution
