A RSI+Heikin Ashi-based EA with sophisticated automatic position size adjustments

Hello coders,

I am looking for a MQL4 coder to code a rather complex EA for me. Due to the complex nature of the project, all who apply please write briefly about your track recrd and experience and why I should hire you. Please also submit internet links to some your codes (such as products you have for sale on mql5.com) for priority consideration. Also, good English and communication skills are essential.

Here is a brief description of what the job entails: 

The EA creates and manages one position of either buy or sell trades, or two inpendent but mutually hedging positions of buy and sell trades at the same time. The EA opens one trade per candle at every candle "extended open" in the direction of the previous Heikin-Ashi candle unless a filter forbids trade openings. A number of filters are planned: maximum spread, max. number of open buys/sells, no buys above a price, no sell below a price, no buys/sells above/below a certain RSI/(100-RSI) value.

The "extended open" will be a fixed period of time after the actual open. The length of the extended open will be scaled based on the candle length.

Once the EA detects a trend change, it closes all eligible trades of the opposite direction position. Eligible trades will be either all or those that have profit above a user-determined min. level. Additionally, a secondary RSI-based exit will be implemented.

Finally, the EA incorporates a complex two-tier automatic position size adjustment. The initial independent trade sizes for buy and sell direction will be given. The EA will apply an autoscaling procedure based on account equity. The autoscalled lots will be further subject to incremental lot size reduction depending on trend length (antimartingale).

The EA will need to draw a few simple lines on the chart, and put magic number and add custom comments for all individual trades.
