EA for market place based on 2 Moving Averages

Hi. Please read everything carefully before to apply.

I am looking for a developer that will built an EA that i can publish in the market place.

Mandatory requirements:

- I will own the code and I will be able to access to it.
- I will be able to publish the EA in the market place.
- You will not use the code to publish the same EA on the market place.
- You will be able to help me publishing on the market place (I am not a developer and I have never published EA in MQL5)
- It will be possible to update the EA in the future with other features.

Other important requirements:

- It will be developed for MT5 only (for the moment).
- It will be possible to backtest the EA use full optimisation features for all parameters.
- The backtest based on every ticks will run fast (if possivle less than a minute per 1 year backtesting)
- It will be possible to see the MAs on the chart as indicators.

About the EA:

There is 1 fast moving average.
There is 1 slow moving average.

- The slow moving average has an offset(positive or negative).
- Currently only "buy" option will be available.
- Every time the fast MA is crossig UP the slow MA, there is a buy trade.
- The trade closes with Stop Loss or Take Proffit.

The black line is the fast MA
The blue line is the slow MA without offset
The green line is the slow MA with offset

Features:

- 1 fast MA
- 1 slow MA
- Type of MA: all possible available
- Buy or Sell
- Offset fot the slow MA: positive or negative in point (0,1 pip)
- Lot size: Fixe or dynamic (per 1000 balance)
- Max lot
- Type of entry: When the fast MA goes above the slow MA or When the fast MA goes below the slow MA
- Take Profit
- Stop Loss
- Trailing stop option
- Time filter
- Spread filter
- Reverse option
- Optimisation by " Equity drawdown relative"

EDIT:

After few offers it seems that it was not clear so here is more details:
-If you look on the google sheet, you will see all MA indicators. There are RMA/SMA/EMA/WMA/VWMA/SMMA/TMA/HullMA/DEMA/TEMA/VWAP
Please let me know if these is not doable, or what MA is it possible to have at least.

- I do not have any indicator and the developer will have to code the offset feature for the slow MA

- Offset means that the MA is moved up or down by 0.0001 or 0.0002 or 0.0003 etc (or with negative values)
