MT5 Trading Robot/EA for multiple RSI scenario

I need  someone to develop a trading robot for MT5 when the 5min RSI reaches a certain level and based on the direction it moves will trigger a buy or a sell.

For example if it moves from 70.01 to 70, it will trigger a sell with other criteria being met. Vice Versa will apply for buying trades.

Other criteria that needs to be met is that the hourly and daily RSI values need to be above or below a certain value, or within a certain range.

For example: Hourly RSI needs to be above 65 or 65-100 range (whichever is easier to program)

and the Daily RSI need to be above 60 or 60-100 range.

I would like to have this as a template, or be able to edit and change the values as to experiment with multiple scenarios and Trading Robots.

I might want to change the Timeframe for the RSI's as well as the Time Period.

Closing of positions will be based on a RSI value as well. For example if a Sell Trade was done at 70, the closing of the position could be set when it reaches 60.

Closing by Stop loss will also be set at a RSI value. For example if a Sell Trade was done at 70, the stop loss of the position could be set when it reaches 80.

Trades can be done immediately at market price and the risk can be set at 2%, but I would like to change this if needed.

If it is easier to write 2 programs (One for buying and one for selling) it will work for me.

I would like to use this to explore different scenarios and possibly implement some of them.
