Unique EA idea

I need someone to code the following idea, there is a similar EA out there but not as good, it seems complicated but once you understand it it's actually simple                                                                           .                  .                      1) opens 0.1 lots both buy and sell same time, adds a take profit 6 pips away both sides, as well as adds 0.2 lots buy stop and sell stop 10 pips away both sides.
2) If buy stop/sell stop is hit on one side, a take profit is added at 10 pips, the other side changes the buy stop/sell stop to 0.3 lots.
4) if the take profit is hit, all open and pending stop orders are closed and EA resets.
5) if price reverses and goes back and gets the other buy stop/sell stop of 0.3 lots, a take profit of 10pips is added and a 0.4 lot buy/sell stop is added on other side,  if  TP hit all open and pending stop orders are closed EA resets.
6) This can continue to on, adding 0.1 lot each. time on the opposing side.
