SIMPLE AVERAGING EA BASED ON MACD AND RSI NEEDED FAST

i need your help in making me a simple ea based on MACD and RSI for mt5.. 

BUY MODE

1.1 macd histogram in 3 timeframe must be above zero

1.2 place a buy order when RSI in the is at level 0,5,10,15,20,25,30,35,45,50 etc (i will asign the level in the parameter)..before placing order ea will check the following

1.3 ea will check if there is any open buy order done by ea...if no..action = place a buy...

1.3.1 if there is already an open buy order made by ea, ea will check,

is the buy order in floating loss of xx dollar or above? if yes, action = place buy...  if no, action = ignore signal

SELL MODE

2.1 macd histogram in 3 timeframe must be below zero

2.2 ea will place a sell order when the RSI in the current chart is at level 15,20,25,30,35,45,50,60,65,70,75,80,85,90,100 etc (i will asign the level in the parameter) but before placing an order ea... ea do the following

2.3 ea will check if there is any open sell order done by ea...if no..action = place a sell order

2.3.1 if there is already an open sell order made by ea, ea will check,

is the sell order in floating loss of xx dollar or above? if yes, action = place sell order...  if no, action = ignore signal

each order open by ea will have TP in money SL in money, minimum floating loss for averaging buy/sell in money

in the parameter will have

macd setting

timeframe in agreement 1,5,15 (default)

rsi setting

rsi level for buy: 0,5,10,15,20,25,30,35,50,55,60,65,70,75 etc

rsi level for sell: 100,90,85,80,75,70,65,60,55,50,30,25,20 etc

averaging distance in money: $5 (default)

TP in money: $5(default)

SL in money: $10(default)

use minimum lot: true

i will be able to set expire date on the ea based on server time

ea will have comment when placing order

please provide me with indicator that can show arrow in the chart when macd in 3 tf is in agreement and if then any of the macd is not align, show a cross sign
