Expert adviser based on Buy/Sell Arrow Indicator

I need a robot that will enter trades based on Buy/Sell Arrow Indicator. Orders must the executed on the candle following the one with the arrow signal on it, e.g. If a BUY arrow appears (Aqua) a long position should be opened with the SL (Stop Loss) Below the Arrow indicator, The TP (Take Profit)should be adjustable via Input settings, But the EA shouldn't rely on this, So there should be an option to set TP off (False) and instead the opened order must be closed at the Next reversal of trend (The Next Arrow showing change of direction). So the conditions for a SELL signal from the Arrow Signal Indicator should be the opposite of a Buy Signal Arrow indicator.  If for example a Buy Order has been executed and immediately there is a movement of the market in the opposite direction, the Buy order must be canceled. A Trailing Stop Must Start at 30 and 50 Pips Profit from market entry.
