Range high,range low

i would like an expert advisor to be written for me to run on mql4 with the following criteria:

To run on a 5min bar chart of jyen/usd with a simple moving average based on a 5period high range and a simple moving average based on a 5period low range.

I would like an alert to be given both audible,continuous until turned off and email option.

The alert would occur for an uptrend when there has been one cycle of the price closing above the high average, then closing beneath the low average.Then an alert is given on the next close above the high average providing it closes above the preceeding highest high range of the previous group of bars that had started by a close above the high range and before the first close beneath the low range .

The alert would occur for a downtrend when there has been one cycle of the price closing beneath the low average,then closing above the high average.Then an alert is given on the next close below the low average providing it closes beneath the preceeding lowest low range of the previous group of bars that had started by a close beneath the low average and before the first close above the high average.

All it really is ,is a higher high or lower low principle but based on high range sma and low range sma.I can of course provide chart examples for whoever can do the job.A RELIABLE SYSTEM THAT I CAN COUNT ON IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN PRICE!
