Anyone here who able to modify this indicator ?

Hi guys, hope you all are well. Please be safe under COVID-19.
Anyways below i attach a indicator. That indicator well known everywhere. That indicator represent us histogram ( Green / Red ) .
So when i try to use it on chart that time it will worked like repaint.

Example, Red histogram already have on chart when i drag it sometime later when green histogram appeared after that it will be repainted from Green to Red OR if i switching my MT4 current TF to another TF then it will be repainted.

So i need that hand who really able to close the repainted issue from here. 

Please note that, i want unlimited revision till repainted issue  resolved. 

Anyone able to bid that project but please that person i need who feel really able to resolve that issue.
