Change 2 lines cross into histo with level

Hi guys and gals

Something, which i am told, is fairly simple but above my skill set... :-)

Im looking for some help with changing the attached indicator from a 2 lines cross into a histogram with a "trigger" level. The idea behind this is to open a trade in the corresponding direction once the level is crossed. If the levels are not crossed the histogram must not show and the buffers must read zero as attached illus pic. The threshold level needs to be adjusted as an input in the indicator.  

Something similar to attached screenshot 57.
