Simple indicator to MT4 to work every time a new candle arrives.

I need a simple indicator to MT4 to work every time a new candle arrives.

The idea is that at the opening of each candle, the indicator performs the following verifications to deliver the BUY / SELL signals ONLY ONCE per bar.

Delivery the BUY signal IF the following conditions happens at the opening of a new candle : 

- First condition - The Open price of the candle is ABOVE the MA x.

- Second condition - check if both of the last two candles are Bear candles (Open>Close) and the previous third candle is a Bull candle (Open<Close)

Delivery the SELL signal IF the following conditions happens at the opening of a new candle : 

- First condition - The Open price of the candle is BELOW the MA x.

- Second condition - check if both of the last two candles are Bull candles (Open<Close) and the previous third candle is a Bear candle (Open>Close)

When all conditions happens, the indicator should ONLY ONCE:

- Print an arrow in the chart window (Below the Price for BUY, and Above the Price for SELL),

- Play an alert and a push notification

- Send an email

- Both (email and push notification) should indicate: BUY/SELL Signal, Currency Pair/Instrument, and Chart Timeframe. 

In this example image, the arrows marks the candles where the signals should be showed when those candles open.

The indicator must let to backtest in the Strategy Tester to MA optimization. 

It must identify the timeframe where it’s running to the alerts.

The manual inputs parameters are:

- MA periods

- SMA or EMA
