Simple moving average EA needed

Requirements: 

EA will take trade upon closing of candle that i select.

Example:

This EA is based off on 200 ema, during uptrend ,when first Bull candle closes on the 200ema line and second candles forms and it is also closed as a bull candle, this EA will only buy upon second candle closed as bull  candle. (note that this is uptrend)

During downtrend, when first Bear candle closes on 200 ema line, second Bear candle needs to also close as bear candle, then only EA will start sell order immediately after second candle close out.

Please note settings for PIPs options are to be exact figure, 5pips means 5pips , dont set EA to multiply by any amount.

- Set options fo EA to run on selected pairs to trade and time frame to run on. 

• Set EA to take trade at first candle close out on 200 ema line, or second candle close out
