EA based on 5D Dashboard and Dashboard modification (for Aleksandr Prozorov)

Hi Aleksandr,

There are two parts to this job:

1. Modification of the dashboard
1. Add the possibility to select the instruments to display in the Top other High column
2. Add the possibility to select the number of days where the highs and lows are calculated from
2. Creation of signals based on the EA
1. Long trade:
1. Open trade condition: 
1. Instrument appears as nr. in the top high column with it's percentage above 0 (so with a +)
2. Instruments force index is above 0
3. Instrument OsMA is above 0
4. No current trade is open
2. Close trade condition
1. Instrument OsMA is below 0
2. Instrument RSI is below 70
2. Short trade:
1. Open trade condition
1. Instrument appears as nr. in the top high column with it's percentage below 0 (so with a -)
2. Instrument force index is below 0
3. Instrument OsMA is below 0
4. No current trade is open
2. Close trade condition
1. Instrument OsMA is above 0
2. Instrument RSI is above 30
3. Additional settings
1. Trading operating start time (as in the attached FX Power Trend EA)
2. Trading operating close time (as in the attached FX Power Trend EA)
3. Fixed lot and lot division calculator (as in the attached FX Power Trend EA)
4. Current RSI, Force and OsMA definition settings
