Help with MT4 platform

Hi

I am by no means a beginner with MT4.  I have more than 1 year experience using the platform.  But, I am currently having a few issues that have come up.

Downloaded data from tickstory does not appear correct.

Backtesting in strategy tester has all of a sudden become very slow. System has been checked and my computer is functioning properly

Can not see entire downloaded / tested data on chart.

These are just a few issues.  I am sure an expert on MT4 can help advise.  

I need someone who can speak decent english and assist through screenshare on my computer.

This should take less than a couple of hours total.  I am happy to pay additional for future assistance as needed.
